Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is mainly concerned about its customer’s satisfaction through its long-lasting and economical products such as digital servo drives, servo motors, and frequency converters.
The DDC01.2-N200A-DS46-02-FW model is designed to operate at the AC power voltage of 3 × 220 – 230 V with ±10% to ±15% tolerance. The DDC01.2 digital servo drive comes with the rated current requirement of 200 A, and the continuous current required to operate the drive is 45 A. The peak width modulation frequency of the drive is 4 kHz and it produces the continuous usable mechanical power of 7.5 kW. It should only be operated with the AC motors specified by Rexroth Indramat and while operating with this servo drive, the noise emission at the motor is standard. The DDC01.2 digital servo drive is equipped with 5 PCI slots for installing various plug-in modules. Slot 1 of the basic unit is equipped with DSS 1.3 SERCOS interface that allows it to exchange data between the drive and the motors via optical fiber cables. The Slots U2 – U4 are placed for installing various auxiliary plug-in modules and the software module DSM 2.1 is installed in the U5 slot of the basic unit.
The model DDC01.2-N200A-DS46-02-FW is equipped with a built-in bleeder resistor that takes excessive power from the system and dissipates it to the surrounding in the form of heat. The drive takes motor feedback via digital servo feedback. The ambient temperature of the model is maintained by using the phenomena of natural convection. The drive undergoes the maximum power loss of 500 W under extreme loading conditions. The maximum allowable temperature range for this model is +5 to +45 degree Celsius (without derating). The DDC01.2 digital servo drive is protected under the IP65 protection category. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
