The Rexroth DDC01.2-N200A-DS24-04-FW is a servo drive with an IP 65 rated enclosure. Output current rating of the drive is 200 Amps. The input of the drive compatible with 220 / 230 Volts AC (three-phase) input at 50/ 60 Hertz. The DDC01.2-N200A-DS24-04-FW is designed for industrial motor control applications. The noise emission rating of the DDC01.2-N200A-DS24-04-FW at the connected motor is standard. A digital servo on the drive enables motor feedback. The drive is factory-fitted with a SERCOS command communication module. It allows drives to be operated with interface-compatible controllers via optical fiber cables. The drive firmware, which needs to be ordered separately, is stored on the software module with the operating parameters. The parameters values are set at the machine to the machine-dependent values. If a working drive develops a fault, the software module can be easily moved to another drive.
The software module can also be duplicated to speed up the commissioning of drives with similar configurations. A modern digital signal processor on the DDC01.2-N200A-DS24-04-FW performs drive control, monitoring and parameterization. To avoid long cables, Rexroth has designed the drive for direct installation at the feeder. The basic unit of the drive includes a DC bus converter and a bleeder resistor for absorbing the energy that is generated during braking. Depending upon installation requirements, plug-in cards can be inserted into slots U1 through U5. The basic unit of the DDC01.2-N200A-DS24-04-FW has an approximate weight of 22 kilograms. The permissible ambient temperature range is 5 to 45 degrees Celsius. Rexroth does permit drive operation at up to 55 degrees Celsius but with derated specifications. Operation of the DDC01.2-N200A-DS24-04-FW is permitted at up to 1000 meters elevation without derating. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
