The DDC01.2-N200A-DL30-01-FW is a durable drive control system that proves to be a cost efficient platform for a variety of motion control applications. The system is a specialized platform for drive control, drive monitoring, and parameterization. A diverse drive package can be constructed when this model is used in conjunction with Rexroth’s DLC 1.1 positioning module. The module allows the drive to operate through parameterization and adapt to the electrical and mechanical configuration. This allows the drive controller to adapt to a wide range of platforms. The system is protected in compliance with the IP 65 ingress protection standards. This provides significant protection against water jets that can penetrate inside the enclosure and damage the drive circuitry. Sufficient protection is also provided to stop the ingress of dust particles, solid objects, debris, and non-corrosive chemical agents.
The DDC01.2-N200A-DL30-01-FW has been designed in such a way that facilitates its installation at the forward feed units directly. There is no need for long wiring and lengthy cabling. This drive controller can be integrated with an Interbus S data highway through the auxiliary plug-in card DBS 2.2. This auxiliary plug-in card is supported through the positioning axis module DLC 2.1. It allows replacing the physical I/O level with the Interbus S interface module.
