Product Description
The DDC01.2-N150A-D is a digital drive controller that features a brushless design and is microprocessor-controlled. This controller is manufactured by Rexroth Indramat, it carries out drive control, monitoring, and parametrization digitally through the measurement of rotor position over the full speed range. The DDC01.2-N150A-D controller is flexible in its application, its housing unit features special slots into which configuration modules and cards can be inserted. Cards and modules used for the configuration of the controller include a DLC single-axis positioning module, software module, and optional auxiliary plug-in module. The configuration of this controller allows it to meet the operation requirement of highly sophisticated machines such as transfer systems, packaging systems, textile machines, and lots
The DDC01.2-N150A-D industrial drive controller is manufactured in two different housing designs; the modular design and the compact design. Customers can order the controller in any of these designs depending on the intended application. The sophisticated design of the DDC01.2-N150A-D drive controller does not permit extensive fault finding or repair of the components of the controller, instead, the complete removal and replacement of the faulty machine component should be done. The housing unit of this controller contains a fault reset key, and an H1 diagnosis display unit, which the operator can use to detect and correct an operational error in the industrial controller and the servo system as a whole.
The DDC01.2-N150A-D controller operates with a rated current of 150 Amperes. All parts of the DDC01.2-N150A-D industrial controller have been tested and certified to meet the international quality standards, however, the operator should ensure the controller is operated following the ambient, installation, and environmental conditions stated in the documentation, failure to do this might cause the controller to break down quickly. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
