Product Description
Bosch Rexroth provides affordable and sustainable solutions for almost every industrial sector. The company develops a wide range of servo drives, frequency converters, and synchronous motors for its clients.
The DDC01.2-N100A-DS50-01-FW model is extensively used by manufacturers around to world to optimize their conventional motion control systems. The DDC01.2 servo drive is a microprocessor-controlled drive used to perform drive control, monitoring, parameterization, and diagnostic operations of the AC servo motor. In case of any failure or emergency stop, the dynamic braking stops the servo motor to a standstill. An RS-232 serial interface is placed in this model for connecting a VT terminal or a PC. During braking, the regenerated power produced by the drive is 10 kWs and the bleeder resistor absorbs 0.25 kW of continuous power. The DDC01.2 servo drive is designed to operate at the rated voltage of AC 3 × 220 – 230 V with ±15% tolerance and 50 – 60 Hz of system frequency. The drive can be customized by installing different plug-in modules in 5 PCI slots of the basic unit. The firmware should e installed in the U5 slot of the unit and it contains the operating software of the drive.
The model DDC01.2-N100A-DS50-01-FW comes with the peak current requirement of 100 A, and its noise emission at the motor is standard in this unit. The model configuration can be identified via function numeric code (50) and version function numeric code (01). For high performance, the drive should operate under the ambient temperature range (+5 to +45 degree Celsius) prescribed by the supplier. The unit faces a power loss of 500 W excluding the 0.25 kW of continuous power absorbed by the bleeder resistor. Slot 1 of the digital servo drive is equipped with DSS 1.1 (SERCOS interface) command interface card. The motor position can be controlled with the help of digital servo feedback. The digital AC servo drive comes under the IP65 protection rating. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
