Product Description
The DDC01.2-N100A-DL05-01-FW is an industrial drive controller manufactured by Rexroth Indramat which is one of the major manufacturers of industrial machine components. This controller is designed to completely solve the problem of motion control in the industrial servo system. The controller can be configured to suit a broad range of industrial machines by the installation of configuration cards into the slots U1 to U5 present in the controller's housing unit. The configuration cards used for the adaptation of this drive controller includes the DLC single-axis positioning module, the DSM software module, and the DEA 4.1, DEA 5.1, and DEA 6.1 auxiliary module. The DDC01.2-N100A-DL05-01-FW drive controller can also be operated with different industrial servo motors such as the MDD and the MKD industrial motor series.
The DDC01.2-N100A-DL05-01-FW drive controller is self-diagnostic, it contains sophisticated sensors and actuators which it uses to monitor the operation of all parts of the servo system in real-time. In an event of operational error, the controller immediately alerts the operator through the H1 display unit present on the controller. This controller also operates with a rated current of 100 Amperes. A special in-built battery is also integrated into this drive controller, this batter helps the microprocessor of the controller to hold user data even when the controller has been switched off.
The DDC01.2-N100A-DL05-01-FW drive controller features electronic components which are capable of generating electromagnetic field during machine operation, thus persons wearing cardiac pacemakers, metal implants or any other device sensitive to the electromagnetic field should seek their doctor’s permission before moving near the controller. The housing unit of the controller is manufactured according to the IP65 protection category, thus it can prevent the penetration of foreign solid material or water jet directed at it from any side. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
