The DDC01.2-N050C-RL01-01-FW model is designed and developed by Rexroth Indramat to control and monitor the functions of the AC servo motor. The model provides high dynamics and delivers continuous power at a broad speed range. The DDC01.2 servo drive is equipped with a DLC 1.1 single-axis positioning module that allows the drive to be operated as a digital intelligent single-axis positioning controller. The model belongs to the category of DIAX 04 (digital intelligent drive system). The DDC01.2 servo drive takes electrical power from the AC 3 × 220 – 230 V power source and a bleeder resistor is also placed in this model to dissipate the energy generated during braking. The bleeder resistor placed in this model dissipates the continuous power of 0.25 kW while operating at the rated current of 50 A. A blower unit is installed in this unit that uses external air for dissipating 500 W of heat which is generated during extreme loading conditions. The drive enclosure provides IP65 ingress protection and it can operate under harsh environmental conditions.
The model DDC01.2-N050C-RL01-01-FW should only be used according to the ambient conditions prescribed by the supplier. The model can be installed easily and the minimum clearance of 300 mm should be maintained at the top and bottom of the drive. For high performance, make sure that the unit is installed under the temperature range of +5 to +45 degree Celsius. It can be mounted at the maximum height of 1000 meters above sea level. For motor feedback connection, resolver feedback is placed in this model. A serial interface (RS-232) is also installed in this model for connecting the VT terminal or PC.
