Product Description
Bosch Rexroth develops sustainable and energy-efficient equipment for various industrial automation sectors. The company manufactures a wide range of servo drives, synchronous motors, and brake resistors with a broad power spectrum.
The DDC01.2-N050C-DS68-00-FW model is manufactured by the Rexroth Indramat to perform the digital intelligent control of Indramat AC servo motors. The DDC01.2 servo drive consists of a basic unit, a software module, auxiliary plug-in modules, a command interface card, and rating plates. The basic unit of the drive consists of a rectifier that allows it to take power directly from the 3 × 220 – 230 V AC voltage line and 5 plug-in slots are also placed in this model for installing various modules. The drive can be customized by installing different plug-in modules in the U1 – U5 slots of the basic unit. The DDC01.2 servo drive is equipped with a DSS 1.1 SERCOS interface (in U1 slot) for developing real-time communication between the drive and the AC servo motor. The model provides high operational reliability when used together with the accessories and modules prescribed by the supplier. Before installation, the drive should be configured according to the required operations and the minimum clearance of 300 mm should be maintained at the top and bottom of the unit.
The model DDC01.2-N050C-DS68-00-FW is designed to operate at the rated current of 50 A and it power consumption of this model is 6 kVA (under extreme loading). During deceleration, the maximum regenerated power of 5 kWs is fed back into the electrical system. A bleeder resistor is placed in this model to dissipate the continuous power of 0.25 kW whereas, the power loss of the drive is 500 W (except bleeder power loss). Digital servo feedback is also installed in this model. The ideal temperature range for this drive is +5 to +45 degree Celsius,, without derating. The drive enclosure is protected under IP65 protection standards. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
