Product Description
The DDC01.2-N050C-DS50-00-FW digital servo drive produced by Bosch Rexroth cannot be decelerated in a controlled manner when its Bb contact opens. The product incorporates a mains contactor that cannot be switched ON until its ZKS input is closed. The device is stopped through a braking action by opening this input. Its X8 interface helps to establish a connection between the device and the machine control unit using a cable that has a maximum length of 20m. The fault reset key of the drive helps in clearing the faults highlighted on the display. This product is connected to analog inputs and outputs by means of its X3 connector.
The device must be stored and transported between -30°C and 85°C. The unit has a maximum of 95% permissible relative humidity. Its connection with a PC or a VT-100 terminal is established through RS 232 interface at the X2 connector using a single-axis positioning module or an analog command value input. The product has to be always free of any connection before high voltage checks are performed. The drive renders a maintenance-free operation. The heatsink in the unit is likely to become clogged if the servo drive functions in a dirty environment. The blower and heatsink must be cleaned regularly if the device is operated in such environments.
The drive features lessened power and torque ratings if its ambient installation altitude is exceeded. The DC bus of this product tends to get shorted when there is a drive fault. The overall length of the device is 635mm. The unit must be deployed only in the vertical orientation. Its IP 65 protection category may get affected if the cable leadthrough connection is not done properly. The bend radii of its cables must not be affected when the drive is installed. This digital drive supported by a warranty for a year can be shipped through logistics agents such as FedEx or DHL.
