Product Description
The DDC01.2-N050C-DS46-00-FW digital servo drive manufactured by Bosch Rexroth does not require a control cabinet for its installation. The DDC product group drive executes the programmed error reaction when it encounters a system, drive, or power fault. The device has an isolated power supply due to its inbuilt contactor. This product has an operating frequency of 50Hz to 60Hz. The unit makes use of a software module to store the parameters to tune the drive. The drive is used in conjunction with the MDD servomotor from the same manufacturer. The device utilizes a SERCOS interface for its command module. The firmware for this product has to be bought as a separate sub-item.
The servo drive has a rated current of 50A. The manufacturer set drive parameter values of the unit are stored in the digital servo feedback of the motor. The device renders compatibility with several types of auxiliary plug-in cards such as an input/output interface, a high-resolution positioning interface, or an incremental positioning interface. Its configuration rating plate shows the type codes for the basic unit, the plug-in cards fitted inside the U1 to U4 slots, the software module in the U5 slots, and the configured servo drive. This drive is backed by a one-year warranty.
This digital drive must always be commissioned before it is started up. The product has an average continuous current rating of 25A. It has an IP 65 protection rating as per EN 60 529 / IEC 529 specifications. The unit is designed to operate between 5°C and 45°C with rated data. The drive incorporates an approximate usable mechanical peak load of 8.5kW. The basic unit weighs 21kg. The Bb contact of the product is used to signal when the drive can be powered. This servo drive can be shipped in custom military-grade foam packaging to avoid damage during transit.
