The Rexroth DDC01.2-N050C-DL04-01-FW is an Indramat DDC series drive controller. Input rating of the controller is 220 / 230 Volts AC with 15% tolerance. Output rating of the controller is 50 Amps peak current and 25 Amps continuous (average) current. Integrated features available on the DDC01.2-N050C-DL04-01-FW include digital servo feedback and single-axis positioning control command module. The single-axis positioning module upgrades the drive to be able to perform stand-alone single-axis positioning control. This card can be programmed with up to 3000 program blocks. Each program block on the card defines a sequence of movements, the outputs to be set or a specific condition of the inputs to be monitored. Function code for the drive controller is 04 and version of function code is 01. Noise emission rating of the DDC01.2-N050C-DL04-01-FW at the motor is standard.
A software module is installed on Slot U5 of the DDC01.2-N050C-DL04-01-FW. Operating parameters stored on this module are used to match the drive to the motor and to the mechanics. If drive replacement is required, the software module, which also contains the firmware, can be carried over to the replacement drive. This enables operators to minimize the downtime caused by drive failure / malfunction. To minimize time required for drive programming, the software module can also be duplicated for installation in identical machines. Optional plug-in modules which can be ordered for the DDC01.2-N050C-DL04-01-FW include input/output modules, incremental position interfaces and high-resolution position interfaces. Optimal performance is delivered by the DDC01.2-N050C-DL04-01-FW when the ambient temperature is kept between 5 and 45 degrees Celsius and the altitude is less than 1000 meters. The maximum permitted ambient temperature for derated specifications is 55 degrees Celsius. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
