The DDC01.2-K150A-D model is designed to operate at the rated current of 150 A, and it takes power connection directly from the 3-phase AC 220 – 230 V power source with the voltage frequency of 50/60 Hz. The DDC01.2 digital servo drive comes with a heat sink blower unit which takes heat from the enclosure and dissipates it to the surrounding air. A minimum distance of 300 mm should be maintained at the air outlet to allow sufficient room for heat dissipation. The DDC01.2 digital servo drive comes in a compact design and can be mounted directly to the forward feed unit. The drive enclosure is completely protected against the ingress of dust and low-pressure water jets due to its IP65 protection rating. The model is controlled by a single microprocessor and it uses digital servo feedback for controlling the speed and position of the AC servo motor. The model delivers continuous power with extreme precision and accuracy. Some of the main applications of the servo drive modules are handling systems, printing machines, textile machines, and NC machine tools.
The model DDC01.2-K150A-D features drive control, monitoring, parameterization, and diagnosis of Indramat AC servo motors. The DDC01.2 drive can only be operated according to the prescribed environmental and mounting conditions. The basic unit of the drive consists of 5 plug-in slots for installing various modules according to the requirements. The DSM2.1 firmware module contains the operating parameters of the drive is mounted directly to the U5 slot of the basic unit. The PWM frequency of the drive is 4 kHz. The drive is designed to operate under the ambient temperature range of +5 to +45 degree Celsius, without derating.
