Product Description
The DDC01.2-K050A-DL01-01-FW is a state-of-the-art industrial drive controller produced by Rexroth Indaramt to monitor and control the operation of industrial motors in the industrial servo system. This drive controller is customizable, it can be fitted with a DLC single-axis positioning module which allows the drive controller to meet the operation parameters of sophisticated industrial machines such as printing machines, numerically controlled machines, and lots more. The leakage current generated by this drive controller exceeds 3.5 milliamperes, thus operators should ensure the controller is connected to a grounding system that absorbs this leakage current thus preventing electronic accidents.
The DDC01.2-K050A-DL01-01-FW industrial drive controller contains a DC bus that features a bus dynamic brake that is applied when there is a problem in the DC bus. The drive controller should be connected to a programming module and display unit through which the controller can exchange digital information with the operator. The controller is also designed with a heat sink and an air blower which works together to absorb excess heat and dissipate this heat away from the drive’s housing unit through the air duct and silts integrated into the drive controller’s housing unit. Configuration of this drive controller is done through the CTA programming and display unit. It is important for the operator to ensure the right parameters are used for configuration of the drive controller and that the proper devices are connected to the operator. Failure to do these can cause dangerous movement in the servo system.
The DDC01.2-K050A-DL01-01-FW industrial drive controller is designed to operate with a rated current of about 50 Amperes. The drive controller can independently detect and error and alert the operator by sending signals to the programming unit which in turns displays an appropriate error message on its display unit. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
