Product Description

The DDC01.1-K200A-DL02-01-FW Bosch Rexroth three-phase current drive is mounted directly to a forward feed unit. The drive should be mounted such that there is no restriction to the entry or exit of the flow of cool air to and from the machine. The product renders maintenance-free operation. The power connections of the device are made through its X7 connector. The optional plug-in modules and the motor feedback cable of the device are connected through its underside. They should be installed properly so that the IP 65 protection rating of the device is not affected adversely. The drive must always be installed in the vertical orientation.

The digital drive has an overall length of 657.5mm with the blower and 517.5mm without the blower. The top of its front panel features a H1 LED status display and an S1 fault reset key above it. The H1 displays the error and warning signals encountered during operation. The product is apt for operation in sequential finishing systems. The grounding connection of the device should be established as per the manufacturer’s guidelines. The dynamic braking action of the unit brings the connected synchronous motor to a standstill mode.

The drive controller along with the single-axis positioning module can be parameterized with the help of a CTA display and programming unit. The control parameters of the positioning module can be input and secured using the Motion Manager editor and communications program. The drive controller must encompass the earth connection of its associated motor. The drive parameters should be programmed before the drive is started. The input of these parameters must be performed only after switching the power ON. The firmware should be bought as a separate subitem.
