The DDC01.1 K200A-DA05-00 is a 200 Amps rated AC servo drive which belongs to DDC family from Bosch Rexroth. The drive includes an integrated single axis positioning module. The DDC series drive controller is installed in a PLC chassis and contros compatible digital servo MDD family motors. A RS-485 serial interface on the DLC positioning module is used to match it to the desired parameters of the connected motor. The DDC01.1 K200A-DA05-00 is designed to satisfy requirements of complex finishing facilities such as transfer systems. The IP65 rated drive controller can be directly installed on the forward feed unit. This ensures that the long motor cables can be avoided which leads to high system reliability. The forward feed unit can be operated independently and can also be tested independently. The basic unit of a configured DDC drive contains five slots for plug-in modules.
The slots can be used for installation of the DSM software module, the positioning module and up to three additional plug in modules for satisfying specific customer requirements. Operating software of the drive and drive parameters are stored on the DSM module. The basic unit also contains the DC bus rectifier and a bleeder for taking up energy generated during drive braking. A 34-pin female connector on the DDC01.1 K200A-DA05-00 can be used to connector to a display unit and a programming unit. A 9-pin D submarine connector can be used to connect to a RS-232 / RS-485 interface. Noise emission of the drive at the motor is standard.
