Product Description
The DDC01.1-K150A-DS01-01 servo drive made by Bosch Rexroth has a configuration designation code of DS01-01. The product can render maintenance-free operation. The motor feedback cable is connected on the top of the device through a cable lead-through. The X2 connector of the unit features a RS 232 interface for connection to a VT-100 or a PC terminal. The motor power connection, mains connection, and blower connection are located at the bottom of the drive. The fault reset key helps in clearing the displayed error messages. The slots for the command interface card and the auxiliary plug-in modules of the product are present at the bottom half of its front panel.
The drive can be installed in machines and facilities such as sequential finishing machines and transfer facilities. The product is mostly insusceptible to interference. The signal lines of the device must be grounded with shields. The unit must have a ground connection as per the manufacturer’s guidelines. Its control and signal leads, as well as power cables, should be routed at a distance of at least 10cm from each other. They should be routed in separate cable ducts. The drive controller must not be connected to a VT-100 terminal or a PC when it is carrying a current.
The motor associated with the servo drive must be earthed to its drive controller. The housing of this controller should be connected to the machine chassis for electrical conductivity. The parameters associated with this drive and its DLC module must always be programmed before the drive is started. The product has a leakage current of more than 3.5mA. Its electrical contacts should never be touched during operation. The H1 display of the device shows the AF message when the drive is powered ON.
