Product Description
The DDC01.1-K150A-DL30-01-FW Bosch Rexroth servo drive is operated with the MDD range of AC servomotors from the same manufacturer. The single-axis positioning module of the product supports the monitoring of one motion sequence while executing the next program block at the same time. The drive controller enclosed in a compact housing is integrated with a mains rectifier. The drive supports the air-cooling mode that ensures that the cooling takes place by means of air circulation outside the control enclosure. The slot to insert the software module is at the top of the front panel. Its U1 to U4 slots are used for plugging the optional auxiliary modules.
The basic unit of the servo drive incorporates a DC bus rectifier. This rectifier serves as a bleeder resistor that is designed to absorb the energy that is generated during a braking action. The 34-pin female connector of the positioning module can be used to connect a programming and display unit such as a CTA. The software module comprises the parameters required to match the drive with the mechanical characteristics of the machine and the connected motor. The outputs and inputs of the DEA 4.1 input/output interface compatible with the product can be used for several functions such as signaling the fault messages and operating mode as well as the e-stop input.
The servo drive must be commissioned only after ensuring that the modules in use are the same as the ones mentioned on its rating plate. The servomotor used with the device incorporates digital servo feedback. The drive should be mounted vertically such that there is no obstruction to the flow of cool air into or out of the machine. The optional plug-in modules and the motor feedback cable of this unit must be fitted properly so that its degree of protection is not affected. The DDC01.1-K150A-DL30-01-FW drive can be dispatched in custom military-grade foam packing with a year’s Wake Industrial warranty.
