Product Description
The Rexroth Indramat DDC01.1-K100A-DL28-00 is a microprocessor controlled, brushless current drive. An onboard DSP chip performs diagnosis, monitoring, drive control and parameterization. The DDC01.1-K100A-DL28-00 is also equipped with a DLC 1.1 single-axis positioning module. The DLC 1.1 modules offers multiple features including user-oriented programming language, support for maximum 3000 program blocks and drive matching to electrical and mechanical conditions of the machine. The DLC 1.1 module can be programmed with a CTA programming keypad, a higher-ranking PC or a higher-ranking PLC. The IP 65 rated housing of the DDC01.1-K100A-DL28-00 can be directly mounted on the forward feed unit. In this way the long motor feedback and power cables, which could lead to excessive faults, can be avoided. Front panel of the drive contains the following: a fault reset key, status display, a RS-232 interface for connection to VT-100 terminals, motor feedback connection, configuration rating plate, and slots numbered U1 to U5 for plug in modules.
The DDC01.1-K100A-DL28-00 supports digital servo feedback. The drive is air cooled and requires 5 to 45 degrees Celsius operating temperature for rated output. When the DDC01.1-K100A-DL28-00 is operated as per the ambient conditions recommended by Rexroth, the output current is 100 Amps. The ambient conditions recommendations include maximum setup height of 3300 feet above sea level. The drive should be protected from condensation and from dirt during operation. Unused DDC01.1-K100A-DL28-00 drives should be kept in storage where the temperature is kept between -30 and 85 degrees Celsius. To ensure safe and reliable operation, the DDC01.1-K100A-DL28-00 controller and associated motor and machinery should be installed and operated by trained and experienced personnel. Faulty controllers should be returned to Rexroth for service and repairs. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
