The Rexroth Indramat DDC01.1-K100A-DL26-01-FW is a digital servo drive controller. It is designed for speed control of digital servo motors which belong to the Indramat DDM product line. The basic unit of the drive controller is comprised of a DC bus rectifier, a bleeder resistor for absorbing energy generated during the braking and a section for the control voltages. The basic unit also contains five slots which can be used for installation of plug-in modules. The DDC01.1-K100A-DL26-01-FW comes pre-installed with a DLC series single-axis positioning module which is installed in slot U1. The drive firmware is stored on the software module which goes into slot U5. In order to satisfy the specific customer requirements, firmware for the DDC01.1-K100A-DL26-01-FW drive controller needs to be ordered separately. Drive parameters which are also stored in the software module enable matching of the drive to the motor and connected machines.
The software module can be duplicated for backup or for operating identical machines. Rated output current of the DDC01.1-K100A-DL26-01-FW is 100 Amps. The drive controller supports integrated digital servo feedback. Every DDC drive has a IP 65 rated enclosure which can be mounted directly to the forward feed unit. The units should be mounted so that the cooling air is not obstructed when entering or exiting the machine. As the bleeder resistor on the DDC01.1-K100A-DL26-01-FW heats up during drive operations, a minimum distance of 300 millimeters must be maintained between the air outlet and any flammable material or parts. The DDC01.1-K100A-DL26-01-FW is rated for standard noise emission at the connected motor. The power connections for the drive and the motor must be IP 65 connectors. The cable leadthroughs should be properly installed so that the IP 65 rating of the drive is not affected. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
