The Rexroth Indramat DDC01.1-K100A-DL20-00 is an intelligent AC servo drive. It is a microprocessor controlled three-phase current drive with very accurate drive features. A signal processor on the drive performs drive control, diagnosis, monitoring and parameterization for the motor rotor position. The DDC01.1-K100A-DL20-00 is equipped with a DLC single-axis positioning module. This enables the drive to be operated as a single-axis positioning controller. The rated current for the DDC01.1-K100A-DL20-00 is 100 Amps. It is an air cooled drive with standard noise emission at the motor. Configuration designation for the drive is DL20-00. Protection rating of the drive hosing is IP 65. The drive controller and a mains rectifier are housed in the same unit. The DDC01.1-K100A-DL20-00 is a modular drive comprised of a basic unit, the DLC unit, a software module and plug-in modules.
Slot U5 on the DDC01.1-K100A-DL20-00 drive is dedicated to the software module. This module can be removed from a faulty drive and placed into a replacement drive to minimize system downtime. Slot U1 on the drive is dedicated for the DLC positioning module. Slot U2 to U4 are available for additional plug-in modules.
