Product Description
The DDC01.1-K100A-DA09-00/S001 uses an oscilloscope to test speed control settings and drive loads during acceleration. The drive controller and the DLC single-axis positioning module are parameterized with a CTA programming and display unit. A multi-meter is required in the process of measuring and test purposes. The DDS 2 PC Emulation software is used with the controller to emulate a VT-100 terminal. The software module is essential in visualizing the user interface stored in the drive controller on the PC’s monitor. The drive controller is used with a motion manager- an editor and communications program for writing and transmitting CLC user programs. The motion manager facilitates DLC programming and runs on IBM compatible PC. The computers used should have the following specification; RS-232 interface, have and MS-DOS, and a disk drive. It is possible to connect a PC to the DLC -RS 232 interface using IKS 046 interface cable.
Bosch Rexroth manufactures the drive controller with IP65 protection and a modular design for direct feed mounting. The DDC drive controller uses IN 391 service cable to connect to a PC or a VT100 terminal via an X2 connector. Never connect either the PC or the VT-100 terminal to the drive controller while they are powered. The IN 391 cables are available in four lengths, i.e., 2, 5, 10, and 15 meters.
The use of equipment such as the Interface Switch Box ISB-3 is necessary for servicing and start-up of the drive controller and the DLC Single-Axis Positioning Module. The ISB-3 interface Switch performs the following function; Parameterization and diagnoses via the CTA. Switching of DLC system inputs and controlling of the E-stop cutoff. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
