Product Description
When a single-axis positioning module is used with the DDC01.1-K100A-DA01-00, the drive controller widens to create a standalone single-axis positioning controller. The spindle drive can be computed with more than 3,000 program blocks. Every single program block defines one motion sequence or a specific input/ output rate that need monitoring or setting up. The drive controller from Bosch Rexroth uses standard module software stored in the feedback module of the MDD motors. The software and the drive parameters are activated during commissioning as required. The User-specific parameters are also installed on-site on the machine to match the system values. The DDC drive uses the following Auxiliary Plug-In Cards to exchange binary signals with other machine components; DEA 4.1, DEA 5.1, and DEA 6.1. Each plug-in module has 15 inputs and 16 outputs with different addresses set on each card.
The DDC01.1-K100A-DA01-00 uses the DBS 2.2 Inter-bus S interface module to connect to an inter-bus data highway. The DBS 2.2 module is operated simultaneously with the single-axis positioning module DLC 2.1. The DDC controller is usable with operations like target and entry operations when both the DBS 2.2 and DLC 2.1 modules are installed. When using the local control functions, it is possible to replace the physical I/O level with the inter-bus S interface module. Always ensure that you are using configuration parameters specified by INDRAMAT. The drive rating plate has a list of the specific modules to be used with the drive controller.
The drive controller has a protection class of IP 65 and can be mounted to a forward feed unit. The DDC drive requires little or no maintenance and is usable in a highly polluted environment. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
