The DDC01.1-K050B-DL02-01-FW is a state-of-the-art drive controller manufactured by Rexroth Indramat. This drive controller is characterized by precise control and its ability to operate smoothly under harsh industrial conditions. The drive controller is designed to operate a broad range of industrial motors such as MDD, 1MB, and the MKD servo motor series. It can be applied in handling systems, packaging systems, food processing systems, and other industrial applications that required a broad speed range from servo motors. The drive controller operates with a rated current of 50 Amperes and an input voltage of 3×230 volts through its three-phase electrical connector. The DDC01.1-K050B-DL02-01-FW drive can generate a leakage current as high as 3.5 milliamperes during operation, thus to prevent electrical shock, the drive should be properly grounded before it is operated.
The DDC01.1-K050B-DL02-01-FW drive controller is highly customizable; a fully equipped and customized drive should contain customization cards and modules such as the software module, the input-output card, the auxiliary plug-in cards. The drive controller contains a DC bus dynamic brake resistor, which is used to dissipate the energy produced by the servo motor during emergency braking. The DDC01.1-K050B-DL02-01-FW connects to servo motors' incremental encoder through a motor feedback cable with a maximum length of 75meters. In place of the power cable, the drive controller can be connected to a forward forward feed unit, which is less susceptible to wear.
