The DDC01.1-K050A-DS01-01 is the digital AC drive controller for the AC servo drives motors. These drive controllers are managed by the microprocessor. It has a brushless design and high dynamics three-phase current drive for monitoring, diagnosing, and parameterization in the basic unit. The DDC01.1 drive controller manages high-resolution processor measurement with the rotor position across the full range speed. It comes with different modules. The IP10 has the modular housing servo drive while the DCC01.1 has compact housing as it falls in the IP65 protection category. The compact housing has the drive controller integrated with the mains rectifier with one single unit.
The DDC01.1-K050A-DS01-01 is directly connected with the 3-phase mains of 3*380-460V AC with a system frequency of 50-60Hz. The drive controller comes in form of the configured rating plate by the INDRAMET and has the drive controllers, the basic unit, the software module, and the auxiliary plug-in modules. This rating plate aid to locate faults of the motor easily and the replacement or refitting of the issue is made easy as it is also used for monitoring.
The drive controller DDC01.1 has the IP65 protection category which allows the controller to directly install in the forward feed unit. The drive reduces the susceptible load of the feedback cables and motors as it reduces all the cables loads. The DDC01.1-K050A-DS01-01 has the basic design specified by Rexroth Engineering and has the air cooling function in the closed enclosure. The airflow inward and outward using fans and air ducts to cool down the system. The drive has the 50A of the rated current. It comes with the noise emission of motor standards with a rated current of 50A to 200A and has the configured designation.
