The DDC01.1-K050A-DL28-00 is the digital intelligent AC servo drive. These digital drives are microprocessor controlled brushless, three-phase current drive with high dynamics and precise servo drive for monitoring, parameterization, and diagnosis in the basic unit. The whole process of the DDC01.1 is performed digitally by the high-resolution signal processor measurement of the rotor position across the full speed range. They come with a different variant, some servo drives come with modular housing and some have compact housing. The drive controller for modular housing is made up of one supply unit and several drive controllers. These supply modules can be directly connected to three-phase mains of 3*AC 380 to 460V and have a frequency of 50-60Hz. For the compact housing, the drive controller combines the mains rectifier in one unit.
The DDC1.1 configuration rating plate has the drive controller, the basic unit, the software module in slot U5, and the plug-in module in slot U1 through U4. The information of the rating plate can effectively be used to locate the problem in the unit and can easily replace or be fitted. The DDC01.1-K050A-DL28-00 drive controller has the protection category of IP65. The drive controller that falls in this category can be directly installed to the forward feed unit. This means that motor power and feedback cables that are susceptible to excessive faults are no longer needed.
The DDC01.1-K050A-DL28-00 servo drive controller has the air cooling function which requires the proper fan system in the control box for inward and outward flows of the air to cool down the drive and motor.
