The DDC01.1-K050A-DL08-00 is a microprocessor-based drive controller produced by Rexroth Indramat. This drive controller conatins a high-resolution motor feedback system. The drive receives digital signal through the feedback system and then uses this signal to carry out motor control, diagnostic operation, parameterization, and monitoring operation in industrial machine systems. The microprocessor in the drive controller accepts input through the motor feedback cable and then generates a response following the information stored in its memory. The DDC01.1-K050A-DL08-00 drive can be configured to carry out single-axis positioning control in industrial systems by inserting a DLC single-axis supply module into the housing of the drive. The DLC single-axis supply module allows the driver to monitor motion sequence effectively and also easily connect the electrical and mechanical component of industrial machines
The DDC01.1-K050A-DL08-00 drive controller can be manufactured with either a compact and brushless housing design or a modular housing design depending on the operator's choice. The forward forward feed unit should be independently operated and tested before it is connected to the drive. The drive's housing is manufactured according to the IP65 protection class; it effectively protects the drive from the intrusion of dust and low-pressure water spray.
The DDC01.1-K050A-DL08-00 drive controller can be configured to operate in many industrial applications through some special configuration modules inserted into the slots U1 to U5 present in the basic unit of the drive. Other components present in the drive's basic unit include the DC bus rectifier and the bleeder resistor. The drive controller can be connected directly to a forward forward feed supply unit which performs the function of both the motor power and motor feedback cable thus reducing the need for cable maintanace or servicing in the industrial system.
