The DDC01.1-K050A-DL05-00 is a digital AC drive produced by the company. This drive provides high dynamic and highly precise position control capabilities because of a microprocessor based operation. This model is used for a wide range of applications ranging from drive control & monitoring to parameterization & diagnostics. The complete configured drive package comes with a basic unit, a plug-in module, a basic unit, a software module, and an MDD AC motor. The basic unit comes with a bleeder resistor that can take up the dissipated energy when the motor is in braking mode. A DC bus rectifier and a mains section are also installed in the basic unit. The basic unit can be equipped with a matching software module and suitable additional plug in cards. This allows a seamless implementation of the drive controller for different motion control tasks.
The DDC01.1-K050A-DL05-00 can be integrated with the DLC single axis positioning module that significantly improves the drive’s capabilities and increases its range of operations. With the combination of this drive with the DLC module, an intelligent single axis positing controller can be created. The resulting drive package can be programmed in a user specific programming language and can be programmed with a CTA programming keypad, a PC, a higher ranking PLC, an SOT programming terminal, and an IDA decade switch unit. The drive is also capable of monitoring a current motion sequence while the next program block is executed. This device has been designed in compliance with IP 65 protection standards that allow it to function in aggressive environments.
