Product Description
A CTA programming display unit is used to input the control parameters of the DDC01.1-K050A-DG04-00 as required. The input parameter is stored in the DLC card and is backed up by a lithium battery with an estimated lifespan of ten years. The drive controller from Bosch Rexroth uses emulation software to mirror the VT-100 terminal. The emulation software visualizes the user interface stored in the drive controller on to the connected PC monitor. The input parameters are loaded into the drive controller through various parameter inputs like the motion manager and the DDS2PC input aid. The use of the motion manager (editor and communication program) makes it possible to log in, secure, write and transmit CLC user programs into the drive controller. On the other hand, the DDS2PC helps users to access the drive controller user interface. The DDS2PC is also used in storing, optimizing, and securing the DDC drive parameters.
The DDC01.1-K050A-DG04-00 is connected to a PC or a VT100 terminal via an X2 connector through an IN 391 service cable. The computer or the VT-100 terminal should not be connected to the drive controller when they are on. The PC should be equipped with the following to display the input parameters; an IBM, MS-DOS, RS-232 interface, disk drive for storing controller parameters, and an emulation software for the VT-100 terminal.
An Interface Switch Box ISB-3 is used to service and startup the DLC Single-Axis Positioning Module connected to the DDC drive controller. The ISB-3 performs the following functions; Parameterization and diagnoses of the DLC and drive controller via the CTA, E-stop cutoff, switching off the DLC system inputs, and turning off seven freely-programmable inputs. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
