Product Description
The specific drive parameters for the DDC01.1-K050A-DA07-00/S001 induced by Indramat Rexroth are stored in the drive controller software module. The drive parameters are activated to match the drive controller to the servo motor and the mechanical system during commissioning. The operating software and the drive controller parameters are stored in the DSM software module. Using a software module eliminates the need to replace the whole drive unit in the event of failure or damage. If a replacement is necessary, remove the software module from the broken drive controller and install it in the new DDC drive controller. The previously used software modules can easily be duplicated in the new machine through a serial interface. The DSM software module also allows for the backup and configuration of the drive parameters. The user-specific parameters are set on-site depending on the on the machine values and user requirements.
The DDC drive controller uses the DEA 4.1 auxiliary plug-in modules to exchange binary signals with the connected machine components. The DEA 4.1 plug-in module has a total of fifteen inputs and sixteen outputs. Eight inputs and five output interfaces of the DEA 4.1 module are used as; E-stop input, a signal for indicating the controller operation mode, and beckon for error messages. The plug-in module offers user wide options since seven inputs plus eleven outputs are still available for use.
A DBS 2.2 interface module (interbus S) connects the DDC01.1-K050A-DA07-00/S001 to an interbus S data highway. The DBS2.2 can only be operated together with the DLC 2.1 single-axis positioning module. The interbus S allows for the application of different operation modes and replacement of the physical I/O level. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
