Product Description
The DDC series DDC01.1-K050A-DA01-00 is a drive controller. It belongs to series 1 and version 1 of the DDC family from Rexroth Indramat. The DDC01.1-K050A-DA01-00 is a microprocessor controlled drive which is optimized for control and monitoring of MDD servo motors. The addition of a DLC positioning module makes it ideal for applications with single-axis positioning requirements. The drive is rated for 50 Amps output and standard noise emissions. Power requirements of the drive are 380 to 480 Volts AC (three-phase, 50 / 60 Hertz). Configuration designation of the DDC01.1-K050A-DA01-00 is DA01-00. The drive is convection cooled and draws cold air from outside the housing. Rexroth recommends 41 to 113 degrees Fahrenheit operating temperature, up to 95% relative humidity and less than 3300 feet installation elevation for drive operation. Operation of the drive beyond these recommended thresholds will lead to derating of the drive output current and power.
Temperature range recommended by Rexroth for storage and transportation of the DDC01.1-K050A-DA01-00 is from -22 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit. Dust and moisture should not be allowed to accumulate on the surface of the drive during transportation and storage. As high current and voltages are present inside the DDC01.1-K050A-DA01-00, therefore Rexroth recommends that persons fitted with pacemakers, hearing aids and other metal implants should not be allowed to go near an operating DDC01.1-K050A-DA01-00 drive. To derive maximum performance from the drive in the long term, Rexroth also recommends that only technical personnel with the proper training and experience should be allowed to store, transport, install, commission and maintain the drive. Any maintenance activity should not be started until the drive has been powered off and all components inside the drive have discharged completely. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
