Product Description
The CSH02.5B-CC-EC-ET-S4-NN-NN-FW is a control section that effectively controls and monitors specified motors. It requires prior programming to be able to be paired with the motor. It is manufactured by Rexorth IndraDrive which offers the control sections separately in addition to being delivered as part of a complete drive controller. It is recommended by the company to not mount and dismount a control section from a drive controller for more than 20 times and it is also advised to allow only people trained by Rexorth to handle the control section. This is because it is sensitive to electrostatic charges and improper handling may cause harm and injury due to solid housed battery
The configuration of the CSH02.5B-CC-EC-ET-S4-NN-NN-FW can be easily understood from its nomenclature. CSH means that it is a single-axis control section basic and 02 is its series. Design is confirmed to be Hxx05 by 5 and interface equipment is extended scope as shown by B. CC depicts its communication to be through sercos III master. Interface 1 is multi-encoder as shown by EC, Interface 2 is also multi-ethernet as shown by ET, interface 3 is safe motion safety technology as confirmed by S4, whereas interface 4 is not available as shown by NN. The next NN shows that there are no other design features and FW shows that firmware must be ordered separately as a subposition.
The CSH02.5B-CC-EC-ET-S4-NN-NN-FW control section finds application in machine tools, printing and paper processing machines, and packing machines etc. The control section supports a firmware of FWA-INDRV*-MPx-19VRS or higher and is designed for a universal inverter HMU05 as it can effectively make the motor execute specific functions.
