Product Description
Designed to control IndraDrive series motors the IndraDrive CSH02.5B-CC-EC-ET-NN-NN-NN-NW from Rexroth Bosch is a Control Section module that features a modular design depending on the IndraDrive HMU05 Power Section module for its operation. This module requires 24 Volts of DC input to operate and can dissipate around 10 watts of power. The drive has a compact design with dimensions of 103 mm x 49.5 mm x 241 mm that can be mounted on a DIN rail along with the other supported modules.
The IndraDrive CSH02.5B-CC-EC-ET-NN-NN-NN-NW is like all the other control sections in the CSH02.5B series offers 11 inputs with 5 additional user configurable inputs which can programmed to be used as inputs or outputs. The control section also features analog inputs and outputs with a maximum voltage rating of 10 Volts. The module features the SERCOS III master communication interface that supports high-speed serial communication with the motor by transmitting and receiving the encoder data of the motor connected to it. This allows the control section module to control the rotation and position of the motor shaft accurately.
For controlling the motors over ethernet the IndraDrive CSH02.5B-CC-EC-ET-NN-NN-NN-NW features a Multi-Ethernet interface capability that allows multiple users to send commands on EtherNet/IP. This also allows the module to control multiple motors at once at a high speed thanks to the SERCOS III master communication interface. To control the motor shafts accurately the IndraDrive CSH02.5B-CC-EC-ET-NN-NN-NN-NW features a Multi-Encoder interface that allows it to interface with different types of encoder protocols such as IndraDyn, EnDat 2.1, and HIPERFACE. The control unit features a D-Sub 15-pin, male connector for connecting the motor encoder with an X8 identification code on the control module I/O shield.
