Product Description
Versatility is the hallmark of the single-axis CSH control sections in Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive drive controllers. These drive controllers are used to control electrical motors and monitor their operation. The control sections are built with multiple interfaces and connection points. Their applications include machine tools, printing machines, and metal-forming machines.
The CSH02.1B-CC-EC-ET-S4-DA-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth CSH control section with a typical inrush current above 5A. Its multi-encoder interface makes it suitable for encoder systems with supply voltages of 5V and 12V. Some of these encoders are the Hall sensor box SHL02.1, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface, and the MSK motor encoder. It communicates with other system components using a sercos III master and a Multi-Ethernet communication module. The Multi-Ethernet module is a globally recognized communication network that makes the control section compatible with a wide range of Ethernet field bus systems. They include sercos III, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP or PROFINET IO.
Safe Motion in the CSH02.1B-CC-EC-ET-S4-DA-NN-FW promotes user safety during its operation. It facilitates different application-related safety functions. Examples are single-axis acknowledgment, safely-limited position, safe maximum speed, and safe door locking. The CSH model also has a Digital/analog I/O extension. Its connection points have spring terminals and screw terminal blocks, providing secure and vibration-resistant connections. Consequently, its safe use in industrial environments is possible. Mounting and dismounting the single-axis control section is easy because of its compact design. It can be dismounted from its power section as needed, but this plug-in action should not exceed 20 times. Firmware use is also allowed with the product, but this must be ordered separately.
