Product Description
Bosch Rexroth dominates in the automation industry by setting trends with extended relevance. Its IndraDrive platform has numerous state-of-the-art products, including the drive controller. This drive controller has two essential parts: the power section and the control section, like those in the CSH series, plugged into it.
The CSH02.1B-CC-EC-ET-NN-NN-NN-FW is a highly functional single-axis CSH control section with extended scope interface equipment. It has two modules for efficient communication: the sercos III master and the Multi-Ethernet communication module. Multi-Ethernet is a communication option that permits the simultaneous use of different Ethernet interfaces within a system. Here, it allows the drive controller to be integrated with field bus systems like EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, sercos III, or PROFINET IO. Connected LEDs inform users about the operating status of the communication modules, simplifying fault identification and resolution. The maximum pulse width of the CSH model is 1ms, while its typical inrush current is above 5A. It also supports the use of firmware, but this needs to be ordered separately.
Different encoder systems can be connected to the CSH02.1B-CC-EC-ET-NN-NN-NN-FW via its multi-encoder interface. They have supply voltages of 5V and 12V. Examples of such encoders are the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface, the MSM motor encoder, and the MSK motor encoder. The CSH model is equipped with spring terminals and screw terminal blocks, electrical connectors that ensure secure and vibration-resistant connections for reliable performance. Like other products in the Rexroth IndraDrive product line, it is a product of category C3 per IEC 61800‑3, meaning it is best suited for industrial areas.
