Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s legacy is one of high-quality products and excellent technological practices. The CSH control sections are compact components of its IndraDrive drive controllers. They are plugged into the drive controllers in these drive controllers. They have several interfaces to ensure versatility, making the drive component ideal for various applications.
The CSH02.1B-CC-EC-ET-NN-EM-NN-FW is a compact control section in the CSH series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. With its multi-encoder interface, it accommodates encoder systems with supply voltages of 5V and 12V. These include the MSM motor encoder, the Hall sensor box SHL02.1, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. There is also an encoder emulation interface in the CSH control section built for the emulation of absolute value and incremental encoder signals. The signals are galvanically isolated from the circuit board and are further evaluated by a control unit. Its emulated encoder systems are the incremental encoder, the absolute encoder (SSI encoder), and the incremental encoder with signal level converter.
Communication between the CSH02.1B-CC-EC-ET-NN-EM-NN-FW and other system components is facilitated by a sercos III master and a Multi-Ethernet communication module. Sercos III is used for master communication, while the Multi-Ethernet communication module permits the integration of the drive controller in different Ethernet field bus systems. These include sercos III, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP or PROFINET IO. Users can verify the operating states of these communication modules using the connected LEDs. They display different colors and flashing patterns to provide information like data transmission and network connection status. The control section’s maximum pulse width is 1ms, while its typical inrush current is above 5A.
