Product Description

Automation products in Bosch Rexroth’s portfolio are designed with state-of-the-art technology to ensure efficiency. The ADVANCED control sections in its CSH series are components of the drive controllers in its IndraDrive product line. They are used in handling and mounting systems, printing and paper processing machines, machine tools, and food processing machines.

The CSH02.1B-CC-EC-ET-NN-EC-NN-FW is a CSH control section with an extended scope interface equipment. It features two multi-encoder interfaces supporting encoder systems with supply voltages of 5V and 12V, such as the MSM motor encoder, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, and the MSK motor encoder. Its Multi-Ethernet communication module is the ideal option for integrating the drive controller in different Ethernet field bus systems. These include sercos III, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP or PROFINET IO. The communication interface complies with the IEEE 802.3 standard and has LEDs that provide information on its operation status. Its LEDs come with colors and flashing patterns that indicate the availability of networks and data transmission.

Secure connections are guaranteed with the CSH02.1B-CC-EC-ET-NN-EC-NN-FW due to the presence of spring terminals and screw terminal blocks at its connection points. These electrical connectors provide reliable performance as they are designed to resist vibrations and mechanical stresses. They also permit the use of the drive controller in industrial environments. Like other models in the CSH series, this single-axis control section has a compact build, allowing its easy mounting and dismounting. This plug-in action should be limited to a maximum of 20 times. Firmware can be used with the control section, but it should be ordered separately. Its maximum pulse width is 1ms.
