Product Description
CSH02.1B-CC-EC-EC-S5-NN-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth control section. It plugs into a power section that supplies 24 Volts DC power. The combination of four components – control section, power section, firmware and control panel – forms an IndraDrive controller. These controllers are widely used for motor control in commercial and industrial applications. Some applications of IndraDrive controllers are handling systems, mounting systems, machine tools and printing machines. Bosch has designed CSH02 series controls sections with a slot-based architecture. The biggest benefit of this architecture is that operators can install optional modules of their choice to match controllers to applications requirements. In addition to optional hardware, operators can also install firmware that matches their requirement. All firmware for CSH series controllers must be ordered as a separate subposition. To identify the installed firmware, operators can refer to the firmware type plate that is attached to each control section.
Two multi-encoder modules are installed on the control section. These allow use of the controller with a wide range of Bosch industrial motors. A safety module on the CSH02.1B-CC-EC-EC-S5-NN-NN-FW control section supports safe motion. The control section also supports SERCOS III master communication. Power consumption of the basic equipment on the CSH02.1B-CC-EC-EC-S5-NN-NN-FW is 17 Watts. According to the options with which the configurable control sections is equipped, the power consumption of the optional modules must be added. This does not change the data for inrush current and pulse width. The power consumption is specified as the maximum value of the respective component and can occur at individual components. In drive systems with several components, the occurring power consumption under statistical assumptions will be lower than the calculated one. Each optional module draws additional power.
