Product Description
CSH02.1B-CC-EC-EC-S4-DA-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth CSH series control section for IndraDrive motor controllers. It plugs into a power section that supplies 24 Volts DC. Only personnel trained by Bosch for mounting and dismounting control sections should mount and dismount control sections. For a drive controller, the control section must not be mounted and dismounted more than 20 times. The control section comes with several factory-installed hardware modules that include two multi-encoder interface modules, one digital/analog I/O extension module and a safety module with safe motion support. The encoder modules installed on the CSH02.1B-CC-EC-EC-S4-DA-NN-FW allow controller use with a wide range of motor encoders, and therefore with a wide range of Bosch Rexroth industrial motors. The control section supports several digital and analog I/O. Extension modules, such as the installed digital/analog I/O extension module, are used to add addition I/Os to the control section.
Electronic components on the CSH02.1B-CC-EC-EC-S4-DA-NN-FW can get damaged by electrostatic discharge (ESD, which is the flow of electricity between two objects with different electrical potentials, caused by the buildup and subsequent discharge of static electricity. Therefore operators must implement ESD precaution during control section use. Exposed conductive parts coming into contact with the control section must be discharged by means of grounding. Examples of exposed conductive parts include the human body, which should be grounded by touching a conductive, grounded object, and parts and tools, which should be placed on conductive support. Furthermore, control sections should be stored or dispatched in conductive packaging. Trained personnel should handle and install the control section. Failure to follow this recommendation can lead to serious injury and/or property damage. Relevant instructions listed in the product manual must be followed during installation and operation.
