Product Description
CSH02.1B-CC-EC-EC-NN-NN-NN-FW is a digital control section. It is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. The combination of a control section and a compatible power section forms an IndraDrive motor controller. A modular design allows installation of up to four optional modules on the control section. Two multi-encoder interface modules are installed on the CSH02.1B-CC-EC-EC-NN-NN-NN-FW control section. One slot for a safety module and one slot for a third optional module are available. The power section supplies 24 Volts DC power for the controls section basic equipment and for the optional equipment. The basic equipment on the CSH02.1B-CC-EC-EC-NN-NN-NN-FW draws 17 Watts. The power consumption of a single multi-encoder module is 1.1 Watt. The CSH02.1B-CC-EC-EC-NN-NN-NN-FW works with an advanced control panel. This is a device which operators can use to configure and monitor the controller.
Advanced control panels feature a single-line display with a slot for a microSD memory card and additional FRAM for MLD retain variables. Details for control panel memory include 2 MB (data, flash memory), 16 MB (code, flash memory) and 32 kB (retain data, FRAM memory). The advanced control panel supports hot plug: it can be connected or disconnected when the control section is powered on. The control section supports 11 digital inputs. It also supports 5 I/Os that can be configured as input or outputs. A further two analog outputs are available that support ±10 Volts. Some accessories are available for control sections. These include the HSZ01 safety zone module: with this module it is possible to set up a safety zone with a maximum of 26 drive units. Another available accessory is the HAT02 control module for inductive loads: this module is used to safely control an inductive load, such as a self-applying motor holding brake, hydraulic/pneumatic valve, or contactor.
