Product Description
Bosch Rexroth caters to all customer requirements, ranging from small-scale businesses to multinational corporations. Along with producing electric drives and control systems, they also manufacture an extensive range of motors.
The CSH02.1B-CC-EC-CN-S4-NN-NN-FW model is a highly efficient and user-friendly device that is capable of controlling a wide variety of electric drives and control systems. Equipped with a single RS232 serial port and a SERCOS cycle duration of 250 microseconds, this control section offers seamless communication and control capabilities. The model features five digital outputs that allow for easy and precise control over various applications. Additionally, its current control range of 62.5 to 125 microseconds and the position control range of 250 to 500 microseconds further expand its compatibility with different drive controllers. For seamless integration into existing systems, the CSH02.1 control section is equipped with a multi-encoder interface that occupies the X4 slot, while its CANopen interface occupies the X8 slot. Moreover, the firmware is provided separately, allowing for customized and application-specific use of the drive controller. Prior to initiating any application activities, the four digital outputs and one analog input of the CSH02.1 control section must undergo a calibration process. Furthermore, its PWM frequency is adjustable in 2 kHz increments between 2 and 16 kHz.
The model CSH02.1B-CC-EC-CN-S4-NN-NN-FW includes a powerful 1 W SERCOS 3 interface master communication module, enabling the smooth communication and control of drives and control systems. To enhance the safety of its operation, the control section comes equipped with an S4 safety feature that ensures the device's safe motion. The model (CSH02.1B-CC-EC-CN-S4-NN-NN-FW) is unsuitable for use under submerged operation, extreme temperature fluctuations, and exceedingly high maximum temperatures.
