The CSH control sections by the manufacturer are components of its drive controllers used to control electrical motors. The CSH02.1B-CC-EC-CN-L3-NN-NN-FW is a control section in the CSH series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is a single-axis device featuring a multi-encoder interface for a wide range of encoder systems, such as the combined encoder for SSI, MSK motor encoder, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. These encoders require a supply voltage of 5V or 12V. This control section uses a sercos III master communication module to interact with other components of the system to deliver flawless motion control. It also has a CANopen interface and is equipped with Safe Torque Off as its safety technology module to prevent the motor from starting inadvertently.
LEDs serve as indicators of the operation status of the CSH02.1B-CC-EC-CN-L3-NN-NN-FW. They also aid in the detection and resolution of faults. The control panel in this model is the ADVANCED type which has a single-line display. With it, users can view operating states, command and error diagnoses, and pending warnings. This control panel also has a slot for a microSD memory card (PFM04.1), which allows the rapid transmission and duplication of axis-oriented drive parameters without a PC. Because of its compact build, its mounting and dismounting within the drive controller are simplified. However, this should not be done more than 20 times. It also supports the use of firmware, but this must be ordered separately.
