Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is keen on providing highly functional drive and motion control units to improve productivity for users. The drive controllers in the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system by the manufacturer are composed of power sections and control sections like those in the CSH series.
The CSH02.1B-CC-EC-CN-L3-EC-NN-FW is a model of the control sections in the ADVANCED range by Bosch Rexroth. It is a Design-1 type with two multi-encoder interfaces for encoder systems that require voltages of 5V and 12V. Examples of such encoders are the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1Vpp) with EnDat 2.1, and the hall sensor box SHL02.1. The control section has a compact build that allows it to be easily mounted and dismounted within the power section of its drive controller. However, this mounting and dismounting should not be done more than 20 times. Its maximum pulse width is 1ms, while its maximum inrush current is about 5A.
Communication between the CSH02.1B-CC-EC-CN-L3-EC-NN-FW and other control components is achieved via its sercos III master module. It also has a CANopen interface and is equipped with Safe Torque Off to prevent the unintentional startup of motors. The control section can be commissioned using an ADVANCED control panel with a microSD memory card slot or the IndraWorks software by Bosch Rexroth. This control panel has a single-line display and keys for running diagnostics and entering basic commands. According to IEC 61800‑3, this model is a product of category C3, indicating that it is designed to be operated in industrial areas. High-frequency interference is expected when it is used in residential areas, but this can be managed using suppression measures.
