Product Description
The CSH01.3C-SE-EN1-EN2-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW is an advanced control section. It is developed by Bosch Rexroth. Bosch develops multiple types of control sections that differ in configurability, interfaces and cycle times or switching frequencies. The CSH01.3C-SE-EN1-EN2-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW is configurable and works with a standard control panel only. The control panel has to be plugged in before the control section is powered on. The control section is modular with three slots for options modules and one slot for a safety module. The CSH01.3C-SE-EN1-EN2-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW comes with safe motion safe option installed. The options modules that are installed include encoder HSF / RSF, encoder EnDat 2.1 and cross-communication. The CSH01.3C-SE-EN1-EN2-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW features SERCOS master communication. The minimum SERCOS cycle time is 250 microseconds. Different firmware that support different features sets can be ordered. For this reason the firmware has to be ordered separately.
The range of switching frequencies that are supported by the CSH01.3C-SE-EN1-EN2-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW include 2, 4, 8, 12 and 16 kilohertz. These IndraDrive control sections are usually provided as part of a configured drive controller. In exceptional cases they may be provided separately. The components used for the CSH01.3C-SE-EN1-EN2-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW are sensitive to static discharge. Therefore standard ESD precautions should be followed when working with the device. These precautions include use of grounded wrist straps, working in static free workspaces and device transport in static-free containers. The CSH01.3C-SE-EN1-EN2-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW draws 8.5 Watts from the power section with typical inrush current of 4 Amps and 100 milliseconds maximum pulse width. The two encoder modules installed on the device draw 6 Watts of power each and the SERCOS communication draws 2 Watts of power, and the cross-communication draws 1 Watt of power. The device is designed for vertical mounting.
