Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s products are built to accommodate dynamic applications in the automation industry. One of the company’s products is the IndraDrive system with drive controllers, servo motors, frequency converters, etc. Its drive controllers have the CSH control sections as one of its components. They are used in handling and mounting systems and machine tools.
The CSH01.3C-PB-NNN-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a control section in the CSH series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is a configurable, single-axis type in the Design-3 line with cross communication. Its cross communication module meets the IEE 802.3 standard and is used as a "slave" for cross communication. LEDs indicate the operating status of this communication module, providing information like the data transmission and connection statuses. Another tool for fault identification in the CSH control section is its standard control panel. It has a single-line display where users can view operating states, command and error diagnoses and pending warnings. Other functions can be implemented with its four keys. These include setting the analog outputs, establishing the position data reference, and starting the basic load defaults procedure.
With the spring terminals and screw terminal blocks at the connection points of the CSH01.3C-PB-ENS-NNN-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW, it can be safely used in industrial environments. These connectors provide secure and vibration-resistant connections to reduce the risk of downtime and improve the system’s reliability. Like other control sections in the series, this CSH model is a product of category C3 per IEC 61800‑3. This means it is not ideal for use in a public low-voltage mains supplying residential areas, as high-frequency interference may occur. In such cases, additional measures of radio interference suppression should be adopted.
