Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is an automation brand with a notable commitment to sustainability and innovation. Its IndraDrive drive system comprises state-of-the-art, ultra-efficient, and highly future-proof components. One of these is the drive controller with two essential parts: the control section and the power section. Its CSH control sections have multiple interfaces to ensure flexibility.
The CSH01.3C-PB-ENS-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a model of the compact CSH control sections in the IndraDrive product line by Bosch Rexroth. It features a standard control panel with a user-friendly interface, simplifying interactions between users and the control system. This user panel has diagnostic capabilities, displaying operating states, command and error diagnoses and pending warnings. Consequently, downtime is minimized, and the system’s overall reliability is enhanced. Other functions of the standard control panel include setting the drive address, starting the basic load defaults procedure, and establishing the position data reference. The typical inrush current of the configurable CSH model is 4A, while its maximum pulse width is 100ms.
A standard encoder evaluation interface on the CSH01.3C-PB-ENS-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW permits its connection to encoders with a supply voltage of 12V. The interface is the D-sub type with 15 poles. Some of its compatible encoders are the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1, the MSK motor encoder, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. It uses PROFIBUS and cross communication for interacting with other components of the drive system. The PROFIBUS module allows the cyclical exchange of all the specified and actual values, including status signals and diagnostic messages, with the bus users. This CSH control section has spring terminals and screw terminal blocks at its connection points.
