The CSH01.3C-PB-ENS-EN2-CC0-S2-S-NN-FW is an advanced control device designed by Rexroth Indramat according to international quality and safety standards. This controller is a modular device, that meets the IP20 protection class and is particularly suited to control and monitor the operation of Indramat industrial motor designs. Under ideal operating conditions, this advanced control device can effectively carry out both single and multi-axis and drive control tasks, however it must be programmed to meet the operation requirements of specific applications begore commissioning. The CSH01.3C-PB-ENS-EN2-CC0-S2-S-NN-FW drive controller falls under the C3 product category, this means it is not intended for use in public low voltage mains that supplies residential areas. If the controller is to be used in these regions, high frequency interference is to expected, and operators are required to provide additional measures of radio interference suppression.
The CSH01.3C-PB-ENS-EN2-CC0-S2-S-NN-FW industrial controller features the PROFIBUS master communication interface, its unique design also makes it compatible with various motor encoder designs including Encoder IndrDyn, Hiperface, 1Vpp, TTL and the Encoder EnDat. The Safe Motion integrated safety feature is also present in this advanced controller, this safety feature prevents the sudden and unexpected restart of industrial motors connected to the drive controller. The firmware required by this control device is not delivered as a standard, operators are expected to make a separate order for the firmware module. The circuit board of this industrial controller consumes a power of 8.5 watts during operation, it also requires an inrush current of 4 Amperes.
The CSH01.3C-PB-ENS-EN2-CC0-S2-S-NN-FW control unit features a standard control panel which contains a display unit and about four pressure sensitive keys. This control panel provides a user-friendly interface through which the operators can communicate with the drive controller in real time.
