Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s drive and motion control products are characterized by functionality and durability. One of these is the CSH control section. It is one of the essential parts of the drive controller in the IndraDrive system used to control electric motors and monitor their operations. They are used in machine tools and handling and mounting systems.
The CSH01.3C-PB-EN2-EN2-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a configurable CSH control section with two encoder evaluation interfaces. They are D-sub-type interfaces with 15 poles each, supporting encoders with a supply voltage of 5V. These include the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 and Sense lines, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. These encoders convert linear or rotary motion into electrical signals that can be interpreted by the control section. By monitoring the position and speed of mechanical components, they help to achieve accurate and consistent motion control. The CSH model has a typical inrush current of 4A and a maximum pulse width of 100ms.
PROFIBUS promotes seamless communication between the CSH01.3C-PB-EN2-EN2-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW and other components of the system. It is suitable for applications that require high-speed control and synchronization of motion. The module is also resistant to electromagnetic interference (EMI) and provides error detection and correction mechanisms, ensuring reliable communication even in noisy environments. In addition to this module, the CSH model has a cross communication module corresponding to the IEEE 802.3 standard. It can be used with firmware, but this must be ordered separately. As a category C3 product per IEC 61800‑3, it is best suited for operation in industrial environments. It also has a user-friendly standard control panel.
