Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s drive solutions are known for their precision, accuracy, and reliability. All these qualities and more can be found in the products of the IndraDrive line by the company, including the single-axis CSH control sections in the ADVANCED range. They are components of drive controllers used to control electric motors and monitor their operations.
The CSH01.3C-PB-EN1-NNN-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW is a configurable CSH control section model with a typical inrush current of 4A and maximum pulse width of 100ms. Its cross communication module meets the demands of the IEEE 802.3 standard and enhances the system’s performance through rapid information transfer. LEDs are built into the control section to monitor the connection and data transmission status of the communication module. The same applies to the PROFIBUS communication module in the control section. This globally recognised communication protocol is suitable for applications requiring high-speed control and synchronization of motion. It facilitates real-time exchange of data between different devices with high accuracy and low latency.
Safe Motion is integrated into the CSH01.3C-PB-EN1-NNN-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW to provide different application-related safety functions. Some of these are safe maximum speed, safely-limited speed, safe direction, and safe communication. Its connection to encoder systems with a supply voltage of DC 8 V or AC 18.2 V peak-peak is via its Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interface. Examples of the encoders are the SHL01.1 Hall sensor box, Resolver without data memory, and Digital servo feedback by Rexroth (encoder interface HSF for MHD motors). Allowed switching frequencies for operating the single-axis control section are 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz, 12 kHz, and 16 kHz. The control section can also be used with firmware.
