Product Description
Drive controllers made by Rexroth are designed to control electrical motors and monitor their operation. They are components of the state-of-the-art Rexroth IndraDrive drive system built to solve automation challenges cost-effectively and safely. The CSH control sections are a class of single-axis control sections in the components.
The CSH01.3C-PB-EN1-NNN-CCD-L2-S-NN-FW is a compact single-axis control section in the Bosch Rexroth CSH series. It has a standard control panel with which users can perform a variety of control functions. These include setting the drive address, establishing the position data reference, starting the basic load defaults procedure, and setting the analog outputs. Its communication modules are PROFIBUS and a cross communication module. PROFIBUS aids the easy integration of the CSH model with other devices in the system. Consequently, seamless motion control and coordination of automation tasks can be achieved. The cross communication module is used as a "master" and corresponds to the IEEE 802.3 standard. LEDs indicate the operating states and data transmission statuses of these communication modules.
Encoders with a supply voltage of DC 8V or AC 18.2V peak-peak are compatible with the CSH01.3C-PB-EN1-NNN-CCD-L2-S-NN-FW. Examples of these encoders are the Resolver without data memory, Hall sensor box SHL01.1, and Digital servo feedback by Rexroth (encoder interface HSF for MHD motors). They are connected via the Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interface on the drive controller. To prevent downtime due to connection issues, the connection points in this model are equipped with spring terminals and screw terminal blocks. They provide secure and vibration-resistant connections, allowing the motor’s use in industrial environments. The safety technology module in the configurable CSH model is Safe Torque Off.
