The CSH01.3C-PB-EN1-EN2-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW is a model of the configurable single-axis control sections in the CSH series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is designed to accommodate encoders with a supply voltage of 5V via its encoder evaluation interface. These include the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 and sense lines, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track. It also supports encoder systems with a supply voltage of DC 8 V or AC 18.2 V peak-peak via its Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interface. Examples of such encoders are the SHL01.1 Hall sensor box and Resolver without data memory.
Interactions between the CSH01.3C-PB-EN1-EN2-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW and other components of the drive system are facilitated by its PROFIBUS communication module. It is a high-speed communication option, enabling fast and accurate data exchange between these components. Cross communication is another module on the CSH module for communication with system components. To ensure user safety, the control section is equipped with Safety Technology I/O. This module provides different application-related safety functions, such as safe maximum speed, safely-limited position, and safe door locking. The control section can be operated at switching frequencies of 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz, 12 kHz, and 16 kHz. It can be used with firmware.
